Yes. With PREMIUM customization, upload your logo as PNG, JPG or SVG (we recommend transparent-background PNG at 300 DPI). Our team treats every logo manually to guarantee top CMYK print quality.

Yes. The personalizer shows a live preview with every colour, text and logo applied — exactly what you'll receive. No need to request an extra mock-up: what you see is what we manufacture.

Yes, always. Front: full court. Back: one half-court (Casual & Pocket) or two independent half-courts (MatchDay). All colours, texts and logo apply to both faces.

FIBA and NBA on every model. Casual boards (Wood and Aluminium) also offer MINI and FIBA MINI markings, ideal for youth-category coaches. MatchDay and Pocket cover FIBA and NBA only.

Yes. The personalizer accepts any hex code for border, lines, zone and texts. Over 16 million combinations.

Four models: Pocket Aluminium (15×20 cm, fits in your pocket), Casual Wood (23×32 cm, with clipboard clip), Casual Aluminium (23×32 cm, our best seller, marker included), and MatchDay Aluminium (28×39 cm, the pro choice, with two half-courts on the back).

Wood (3.2 mm DM fibreboard) has a warm, natural feel, ships with a clipboard clip, and includes the MINI / FIBA MINI markings. Aluminium (1.14 mm) is ultra-resistant and elegant, ships with a marker plus a clever attach/erase system, and is lighter. Both materials have rounded corners and a glossy polyester surface.

Aluminium boards include a marker with a clever attach/erase system. Wood boards include a clipboard clip but no marker.

The glossy polyester surface is highly scratch-resistant under heavy use. Easy to write on and to erase. With normal care, it lasts many seasons.

A board designed to be gifted at the end of the season. The team photo is printed on the back half-court alongside the club colours, custom texts and logo. Our creative team reviews every design before manufacturing.

Yes. Special pricing from 10 units. Volume discounts: 5–9 units (5%), 10–19 (10%), 20–49 (15%), 50+ (custom quote). Every coach in the club gets the same board personalized with their own name. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.

Yes. On club orders, each board carries the coach's individual name. Logo, colours and base design stay the same across the club; only the name varies.

You'll get a tracking number by email when the board ships. If you haven't received it, check spam. If it's been more than 10 days without an update, get in touch.

Every board is built one by one. That's what makes them unique. Our process is fast and organized — typically 1–2 days of manufacturing.

If we haven't started manufacturing yet, yes — message us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. Once in production, no changes.

We build each board to order in 1–2 working days. Standard shipping then takes 5–7 days across the EU. Need it sooner? Add Priority (no-queue manufacturing, +€9) and/or Express (2–3 day delivery, +€9).

Yes — we ship across the entire EU. Mainland Spain 3–5 days, Canary Islands 5–10 days (customs dependent), rest of Europe 5–8 days. Every shipment fully tracked via Correos.

Yes — standard shipping is free on orders of €60+. Below that, standard shipping is €7.50.

Yes. Add Priority (your board jumps to the front of the production queue) and Express (fast shipping) at checkout. Together (€18), you can have your board in 3–4 days. If you have a deadline, message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you.

Not usually, but reach out if it's urgent — there are sometimes premium courier options.

No — except in case of manufacturing defects. Personalized boards are made to your design and don't qualify for return. This is flagged before checkout.

Yes. Covers manufacturing defects (faulty printing, damaged material). Natural wear from intensive use is not covered.

Contact us right away with photos of the damage. We'll fix it at no extra cost — we'll manufacture a new one and ship it out.
